I applied to have my phone unlocked on the3rd of May. They failed to unlock my phone, and now are refusing to refund the 41Euros fee they charged me. They offered a credit note,that I can use against another unlocking method. This is useless as I have had my phone unlocked by another service provider. I think they are a scam outfitMichael OHara
