My first and last time im booking with them! I bought a booking for a hotel and the hotel said they collected the money fully, when we went there the hotel front desk guy said that they never received the money and we were desperate for a place to stay since we were so tired so we had to buy the booking twice I ask customer service on expedia what happened to that money how can we get a refund the lady said that they got the money and is not refundable, we are gonna make a dispute and talk to the bank to get our money back true scam!
