HORRIBLE TRAVEL COMPANY!!! They’re nothing but a bunch of Con Artists & Scammers!!! They are BAD at handling Setback situations, particularly Changing Flight Reservations!!! Their Customer Service: 1) Takes FOREVER for a Customer Service Agent to answer your phone calls 2) MAJORITY of the Customer Service Agents seems to be Foreigners from India & no offense but they speak HORRIBLE ENGLISH with lots of BACKGROUND NOISE!!! 3) Rip off in terms of flight changes & cancellation services. Overall: AVOID Expedia & rather go to your private travel agent to prepare for travel.
