This Company is a scam as after I did my cancellation for car rental due to natural disaster, they did not refund me based on the agreed term despite multiple email and message to Emma from customer care.My reference noBooking Reference Number: JP834159900Confirmation no. 1656354148COUNTPls. take note and my advice is not to choose this Company as it is not reliable. Very unfortunate that such big Company make money through taking advantage of their customers.
