DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!! They have the worst customer service with all kinds of hidden fees. Cancellation policies are far outside of the industry standard. I cancelled a one night stay in a hotel over 24 hours before my check in and my cancellation fee on a hotel was HIGHER than the cost of my booking. This company is known for customer scams. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!!
