Booked flight and car rental to Mexico for Family vacation got stuck in Monterrey MX and could not fly out till next day. Called both Expedia & Car rental to let them know I could not pick car up till next day due to being stuck. Next day no car is there for me had to pay out of pocket for another car so we could have transportation while in Mexico. Expedia says can’t get in touch with car company after 10 days still no refund and only BS and run around from Expedia. Will NEVER!!! Use Expedia again. Scam- credit card fraud- paying for services never received and keeping money.
