I deposited 40.68 dollars on 1 December, then it didn’t got credited to my account, then I talked to the unhelpful support and all they said was wait for 24 hours as it’s the processing time, then the processing time passed and I again contacted them choosing the option funds not credited, they asked for my bank statement and the transaction details, I sent everything, they said wait for 5-8 days and we’ll get your problem solved, so today is the 5th day and now in the transaction history it’s showing funds got rejected. I mean I am fully verified, then also my funds got rejected and then again I contacted the customer support saying I sent the money to your payment provider and it shows rejected, so how will I get my money back? They are just saying wait for update from our team and they are working on your case, they need more time and all, I think it’s just a scam. Typically if the deposit got rejected, then the amount I sent should be refunded back to me but I don’t know what are they doing. If someone has any idea what to do, please help.Update : Got my deposit.
