A nightmare! A large transfer has been in the “processing” status for weeks. No help recognizable. The support puts you off all the time. This puts me in great financial difficulties. If I still get my money, I’m out. It’s a shame, I like the Exchange in general. I wouldn’t call ExMarkets a scam but the bugs need to go away and proper support needs to be ensured. It is not acceptable for a user to have to chase his money for weeks!
