I opened a store at Etsy. At first I received a message by email from Etsy, stating that my account needs verification by credit/debit card. I followed the link and did a verification sending my card information. I got a message that the verification was unsuccessful, however 20 MINUTES LATER SOMEONE TRIED TO MAKE UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE AT MOONPAY.COМ with the same card. Luckily, my bank blocked the transaction.I went on Etsy.com to look for support but there was no customer support phone number, no email, nothing. Just a contact form. I sent them a message through it that someone has just stolen my card data. The answer I received in the email WAS COMPLETELY out of topic, as if written by a chat bot. SoI I got scammed, and do not get customer support from Etsy
