The experience they sell its a Scam, they don’t cover all passages, i dont find the value they give. You have to pay too many extra tickets. And the companies uses another system not sync with eurail. So u have to sing up for each different company that eurail doesnt cover, if u dont do it and wait to but the ticket in the same station, you pay the ticket overpriced for last minute buy. I would love a full refound for this **** service that i dont want to use. The only value they give is a nice map with nice user interface. I recomend u to planify your trip and take cheap flights. This bussines model doesn’t match with me.
