Due to the train from Venice not dropping us off at the original destination of Stuttgart because of strikes, they ended the trip in Salzburg hbf but didn’t tell us until we were already an ho it and a half into the train ride. We had to purchase a new connection to Paris. We paid $74.90 for this train which then also got canceled. Had to purchase another train which would only bring us to Munchen and this was $193. We then had to spend $522 on the next available train that would take us to Mannheim with another 5 hour delay which would finally connect us to Paris. This brings our new total amount to an additional $789.90 in addition to the fact that we already paid $704 for the tickets. We tried requesting refunds but their website is awful and a scam
