SCAM!! Customer asked for replacement item. We sent one which tracking showed delivered. Etsy refunded the Customer and becuase I had closed my shop down said any cases opened does not qualify for Buyer Protection and customers will be refunded. Holding my money (£2k) for 6 months because I did’nt want to sell. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
