Etsy is a fraudulent place, where they sell old things and charge you as new ones. I bought a shelf from Betty Shop on Etsy and it was old, ugly, with a lot of scratches, and Betty was horrible, rude and harassed my by sending hundreds of emails. She did not accept to send the return address and refund me. It was very strange that someone is ripping you of your rights as a customer. I told Etsy but they did not do a thing. I spoke to a lot of people and everyone had complaints about Betty and Etsy.Pls. do not buy things here as they will never accept return or refund. They are not following the customers right, which we have here in England.In England we return whatever we do not like but Etsy do not accept return/refund.I think Etsy is a fraudulent company as they take your money and give you some junk out of garbage pan. It should be called second/Third/fourth hand shop.
