I ordered some plant buds from Little Leaf Hub (turned out to be a scam). After some time Etsy became aware of the scammer and blocked the seller’s page. Eventually I requested a refund since I didn’t receive anything and had a respons from Etsy within 5 minutes. Overall the platform could maybe put more effort in scanning sellers or prohibit mass sales without decent reviews. Nevertheless I received my money back within 5 minutes, so overall I think they do give a decent after sales service. I however, will check all the reviews and sales more carefully before ordering on Etsy again.
