I’ve recently purchased from sellers at least 4 times where there were good reviews( I only purchase if there are multiple good reviews) the seller disappears & I never receive what I purchased and then the seller shows as “ no longer a seller on Etsy. You cannot contact customer service and just receive a lot of unhelpful instructions from the website on resolving the issue. Too many fraudulent sellers make their way onto Etsy & then they don’t even help to get your money refunded. I’m going back to EBay
