I spent the afternoon trying to cancel the order. I used their message system and nothing went through. I contacted their chat and couldn’t get a cancellation. I contacted the merchant and got no confirmation of cancellation.I called their customer service number and was told they needed to take control of my phone and needed my credit card number to cancel the order. As I watched an Air B and B charge for $500 was placed on my account at Best Buy. I hung up and called Best Buy to cancel the order, which they did immediately.I had to call American Express and get a new credit card. Either Etsy is unaware of the scam or their method of cancellation is inappropriate and makes it impossible for their customers to cancel an order without a major headache.
