Would have given zero. Etsy is a scam – do not order anything from here. Places an order with “Olympus hand made store” on 28th Jan only to be told that the sign I ordered & paid for would cost £170 more than agreed. Cancelled order and asked for a refund. 6 weeks later still no refund and not responding to emails went direct to Etsy and they say it was delivered (to which I have an email saying it was cancelled and will process a refund in 5 business days)
