I had a terrible shopping experience on Etsy. I purchased a $300 item and within 5 minutes of the purchase, I discovered that the seller had deleted their account and taken my money. I was shocked and disappointed that Etsy allows sellers to suddenly delete their accounts without any consequences. It’s unacceptable that Etsy would allow scammers like this to operate on their platform. I attempted to contact Etsy for support but their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. I will never shop on Etsy again and I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this platform.
