Etsy’s buyer protection “system” is pathetic. They will not help buyers who receive defective and shoddy products. All they will do when a seller says something is “handmade” and won’t accept returns is to say “it looks like what was pictured on the seller’s page. I received a terribly warped and defective product made of shoddy wood and they won’t do anything. NEVER again will I purchase anything from this scam website.
