My experience is with Etsy customer service as a seller. The response time is very slow and my issue still hasn’t been resolved but my ticket was closed.As a seller on the platform, contacting “human driven support” is very slow and since they don’t have business hours posted, you have no idea when you will get a response. Tickets regarding fraudulent bank info should be elevated and responded to quickly but they are responded to sporadically. If you are a new seller, find a platform that offers better backend support. When you have orders to fill and your funds are being deposited into a bank that is NOT yours, it’s frustrating with trying to keep your brand reputation up while you work behind the scenes with a slow to respond staff at Etsy that seem to want you the verify the same info that a hacker could access before they will help. Just find someplace else to sell. This is not a good marketplace.
