Opened my Etsy store, uploaded an item and the following day I was inundated with messages claiming to be Etsy customer service and I needed to validate my bank account. I followed the details with were clearly a scam, froze my bank account and then Etsy suspended my account with no explanation why. I added my other account as I could see £0.18p was outstanding, thought that could’ve been why, they replied saying their decision is final and they are not re-instating my account or replying to me again. Mega rude, so unhelpful!!! I can’t even purchase on Etsy now. What a way to ruin it for small business’ and creators.
