My newly opened account got suspended immediately after opening and I appealed but received a standardised email without any help on how to reinstate my account and they didn’t want to address the matter further. I sent emails to their help center and customer service ~20 times, but they just leave you without responses. I listed a very nice wall art paining, wrote my seo descriptions such as sizing and materials, tags. For my account information, name, bank details etc, everything was sincere, I gave Etsy no reason to believe I was a scam seller or a bot. Even my profile picture with my face is there.
