My review is the same as the others. M50 toll north bound. Paid eflow within the time and have receipt to prove. Received fine for non payment 4 months later. Tried contacting both companies. Left(epc) doesn’t know what the right(eflow) is doing. Keep all your info to hand ready for this scam. I wish I had looked at reviews before trying to deal with this.
