I bought a key worth 130€ and it seems like it was already redeemed. I bought the key and opened it 13 days ago. But I haven’t gotten any money from the key.I have tried to contact steam to get the time and date from when the key was used, but the answer is always “you’re key is already used”. They never mention the time. I do not expect a refund or new key even though it would be appreciated.
