Worst customer experience i’ve had…Bought a Command & Conquer key, but when i tried to use it i said it already was activated, i askes for a new key or a refund but they keep saying that “the seller has confirmed the key was valid” even though i sent pictures of my EMPTY game libary and of the prosses of trying to download the game that i couldn’t they then want me to contact EA Games though THEY sold me a used code, and EA dont respond, and they send a e-mail that they will drop the case after every 2 days even though EA don’t respond… how is this “customer service”? They sold me a faulty key, THEY should fix the problem… not buying anything from them again… f**king scam…
