I booked a flight through Edream and never received my confirmation email. I am trying to contact them and nobody will talk to me because I am not prime member and online chat will not help as it is not recognising my reference number, email will have an automated response message and is useless too. What a scam Edreams is, what a cheap and disappointing experience after so many years with them! Never again, do not trust them, there is no way to get in touch with someone if things go wrong.
