Absolute scam .. I believed I had signed up for a monthly subscription as very unclear when signing up, worded as though monthly. Tried it for 10days decided it wasn’t for me, so cancelled the what I thought was a monthly fee, didn’t think any more of it. Noticed that £269 to eharmony had been taken out of my account raised a compliant explaining that you can clearly see closed account within 10 days. Not interested at all, in refunding some, part of the fee. Tried to take my case higher, now not responding. Very cold & shallow honestly do not sign up to anything with eharmony awful awful customer care 😔
