This company’s a scam stay away from it! I joined two nights ago and 8 hours later realized it wasn’t even geared towards ADHD and the app was impossible to use. They also charged me for two books that I didn’t order. I called them less than 9 hours after I joined to request a refund because I could not use the app it was too difficult for me and it would not be beneficial for me. I sent them four messages three emails and have had no response. I stated I was requesting a refund for the above reasons and at that point the charge had not even been posted to my credit card yet. No one has attempted to get in touch with me when I call their phone number there’s no answer or answering machine. So I’m having to dispute it with the bank which will take care of it. How can you claim to be ADHD professionals this is a very sensitive group and your predators and when I had a problem I couldn’t even get a human to talk to me. I take billing problems very seriously Not only was I overcharged but I was scammed and taken advantage of. But I’ll be getting my money back thanks to my credit card company.
