Everything totally is a mess. They seem not to care about it .All they need is money. Most of their agents are so rude and inexperienced. Apart from Ruhal Kumar the rest are so disrespectful. I regret booking with them. My trip is supposed to be a day journey but due to their own error I’m going to spend 8 days in another country.I have complained and complained there’s no positive response only comments to annoy you. I will advise people to be careful because it’s a fraudulent act. Cheap booking but a lot of problems.
