I purchased my tickets and paid for 4 extra seats through the eDreams app. I was then told that frontier did not accept my seats so I would be refunded. However they only refunded me a fraction of what I paid for the seats. They refunded me $34 when the seats cost over $120. They then tried to deny that is how much I paid for the seats and tried to change what the actual ticket price was. I spoke to an extremely rude customer service person who eventually lied and said I would be refunded and I have not been. I have filed a complaint and still have not reviewed resolution. This is an extremely dishonest and scammy company and I would pay extra to avoid using them in the future.
