Extremely angry– total scam company. Uncontactable. Paid $687 NZD and after they misadvertised baggage (changed after payment to 0 baggage for 1 flight), I cancelled booking. (While still pending. Have screenshot documentation. No way to communicate. No-reply email stating I will get $247 refund. Where is the $440?? And no invoice documentation. Total scam. Will not give up on this until this company stops. If they read this — email me directly from an email I can reply to!!
