It’s an absolute scam. They take your money, you never talk to anyone, and they refuse to issue a refund. I’ve spent 3 weeks exchanging messages with their customer service team, it’s like nobody is actually reading the messages each time they reply. I gave up dealing with them and I had to file a dispute through my Amex.
