As others have said, the entire process felt like a scam. I was double-charged the initial fee, and when I called to request a refund and cancel my account, they said they would refund the double charge and never canceled – instead, they continued charging me a monthly fee. I had one initial consult where I was told I needed to submit hundreds of dollars worth of extra testing before receiving a prescription. Even after submitting the extra testing results, my prescription was never released. This is when I called to cancel – please note that I am STILL being charged, and at this point, I have paid about $800 in fees and testing without ever receiving more help than a 10-minute call. Every support center interaction I have had has been a complete joke – they don’t read emails and when on the phone, straight-up lie. PLEASE, DON’T USE THIS SERVICE. There are so many better services and resources out there that aren’t a money grab and genuinely want to help people.
