Hopefully people will be on the ball unlike me who didn’t go to trustpilot to read the reviews. This is a scam – advert on tiktok and I fell for it. They do reply to you then give you a fake tracking number which advises the parcel has been delivered to a (fake) address. Annoyed at myself more than the company for not doing the full checks beforehand. Just hope this prevents somebody else losing out as I did. Please do not ignore these reviews, they are all true.
