Scam website. As many have mentioned before, they will call you after purchase requesting that you “send additional documents” in order to confirm the booking. They will then increase the price and blame the airline on the price increase. They will also add a fee for their “customer service” which no other website or airline does for simply RECEIVING a call. If you attempt to get a refund, they will charge you between $20-400 USD. Furthermore, simply contacting them is almost impossible. They will delay their reply in order to be able to charge you more if you decide to cancel or change your trip.
