Worst trading company so far.I havent even started trading with this company and already have had an unprofessional and rude phone call with an underage ‘ mentor’ called hashim and the person atheqa who introduced me to him. He didnt a) introduce himself until i asked, told me straight up he used a fake ID to get into the company, he traded for only 4 months because ‘ he did nothing for 2 months’ and now teaches ppl??When i mentioned this made me feel uncomfortable he called me ‘jealous’ is this the type of people you employ…..He also mentioned that trust pilot reviews are full of ‘ stupid beginners who used the hardest type of ai to use at first and that the company arent at fault’. Unfortunately the girl who introduced me to him, atheqa sat almost completely silent as this inexperienced person kept spewing nonsense. She ignored my message to speak to someone else. It screams big red flags as this company went to file 75k fraud fees a few years ago… hmmm. Probably the most money hungry rude people ive spoken to at a so called trading company. Replace your staff as theyre inexperienced and only care about incentives or train them properly. Especially hashim.
