Everything seemed reasonable and they charged my credit card fine, however nothing ever arrived. I never received the digital IDP that I paid thirty five dollars for. I tried logging in even now (5 months later) and there is still nothing available. I never received an email, either. The only positive thing I can say is that I did not get my credit card defrauded or identity stolen (at least to my knowledge). I would warn people to stay away. Also, most rental car companies won’t accept digital copies as they don’t have the official seal!Also, of note, they did send an email today asking for a Trustpilot review. If you click a lower star rating in their review, it sends you to a Google Form they created (with clear hopes that you will not leave an actual public review); but, if you click the 5 stars, then it brings you to the actual Trustpilot site!!
