Sounds like many people have had the same issue i have with driveway.com. 3 times, dealing with the 4th time, have I been told the vehicle is yours, given deposits, did my inspection, applied (ruining my credit) and then being told the vehicle has been sold. If this 4th time comes back saying the vehicle is unavailable, I’ll be getting legal involved due to fraud. And you know what’s so funny? Notice driveway.com says the same replies over and over again to us? “ we will have our expert team at driveway be made aware of this” blah blah blah. LOL are they truly experts?? Because i never hear anything back!
