UPDATE!! USPS and my bank opened an investigation on this company and determine them to be a scam!! It’s a-shame you were caught scamming someone and couldn’t just admit fault and return my money! Now you are being investigated and my money still WILL BE returned!! They sent my dress to a random address in Utah. My address (located on the other side of the US) was clearly written on the shipping information. When I contacted them they told me to contact USPS. USPS delivers to the address that the company provides them therefore it is not their responsibility. It is not my responsibility as the customer who paid to track this dress down when the company is at fault. Still waiting for a resolution as this was purchased as my wedding dress and they will not confirm if they are going to quickly ship a new one OR refund my money so that I can purchase something from a legitimate company.
