Absolute scam website. Started a “free trial” which gave me access to 15 free images, it didn’t explain that these were watermarked images. When I tried to download one of them it froze on the download page. It said I could upgrade to get unwatermarked images, it didn’t mention I would have to pay £25 for these, I clicked it, expecting to be told how much I would be charged, instead they immediately billed me. When I contacted customer support I was met by someone that can only be described as hostile. They treated me as if I were incompetent, explaining there was nothing I could do and I shouldn’t have pressed the upgrade button. However I contacted customer services at a later date by email and they agreed to refund the money. Not entirely awful but I had to waste a huge amount of time and speak to some very rude people before anything got fixed.
