Not a reliable company. I purchased sneakers from the site because they had a return policy if you were not satisfied. The website stated that it was a “women’s sizing shoe” so I ordered a size 9. The sneakers arrived and were huge. I emailed the company and they asked to send them a picture of me measuring the insole which clearly showed it was a size 11. They emailed me back stating I was sent the correct size and would give me 25% discount on a future purchase. I emailed them back and reminded them of their return policy and asked for instructions on how to return the sneakers. It’s been three days and I have not received an email in return. So now I am out $163 and a very disappointed child. My next step is to file a complaint with the Attorney General’s fraud department.
