This is a scam. There may be your picture in the bead but it is virtually impossible to see it. If you contact them and ask for a refund they send you instructions on how to view your picture which is ridiculous. Please do not waste your money on this cheap piece of trash. This company should be ashamed for praying on peoples grief.
