Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Ordered on December 11th and still have not received the bracelet I ordered. I have emailed them a couple of times and get the same answer…”your rider is being processed and we will email when it is shipped”. I’m not buying the story that they have had an unprecedented surge or orders and are short staffed. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!! I plan to make a complaint to Facebook and the Better Business Bureau if I don’t get a refund!
