I had just recently started using that I deposited that $15 lost it and all good deposit 15 more from the same card and it said the deposit would not go through even though I had plenty to cover so I used a different card they give me the same error message so I tried to contact customer service they said they needed a picture of me with my ID send it to them, email them to notify them I did then on three more separate occasions they told me they needed me to do it again so I did it then they told me my account had been restricted until I provide them with bank statements that were associated with my cards they would not unrestrict my account why would they need my bank statements, I have never had any site ask me for a bank statement unless they are trying to steal money from people I believe this site went in the civil action lawsuit not because of my complaint but because of all the scams they are doing to other people this site is horrible it took me seven emails to explain to them to please close my account and send me my money that was available which is just like a dollar or something and they weren’t even going to do that without my bank statements. DO NOT USE. AND ON ANOTHER NOTE MY SON HAS $200 BALANCE AND TRIED TO WITHDRAW IT TO PUT ON THE SAME CARD THAT HE HAS ALWAYS MADE HIS DEPOSITS AND THEY REFUSE TO DEPOSIT ON TO HIS CARD THEY DID NOT REFUSE TO ACCEPT IT WHEN THEY WITHDRAW IT SO HE COULD PLAY BUT NOW THAT HE’S UP SOME OF THE REFUSED TO DEPOSIT HIS BALANCE. THEY ARE JUST OUT TO SCAM AND ROB PEOPLE!!!!!!
