Hello, I selected a booking for 2 june-12 june. The calendar jumped the dates, in the end I payed for a booking for 2 July-12 July !Unbelievably bad service 556€ taken and not allowed to do any modifications!! Your unmodified special rate is not clear at all !!!I have photo screen shot evidence of the selected dates as I went back into the website! They were clearly 2nd june to 12th june ! I sent an email right away once I received the wrong dates booking confirmation. I Rang the customer service in the morning. Their response is no modification allowed. Are you serious I just lost 556€ Due to a computer error/ bug ! Im taking a group to Sardinia so I would have booked another car for similar dates and I’m hoping to go back with my group each year for Yoga retreats. I wont be using your service! You’ve taken my money now but you won’t get any repeat business from me. You Can check my account it’s a business. This is definitely a scam !
