Have sent messages over the last few days and no response or we will get back to you saying they are too busy. I’m canceling my credit card, I suggest everyone else do the same. All they do is take your money and don’t give you your prescription but excuses. They tell you they urgently escalated your issue and still nothing gets done! I have already gone through your URGENT LINE for 3 days in a row, I get told “that today is a new day” and nothing gets done! They scam you for your money. I will report them to the BBB.
