Total scam and really sketchy. They matched me with a provider that was not even licensed in my state (even after putting in my address, uploading my ID with the address in which I live, AND confirming with the provider at the beginning of the call where I lived). Towards the end of the appointment, after divulging all of my medical data and information, when she went to give me a prescription, she realized that I was not in the same state in which she was licensed and told me I will need to meet with someone else. But that appointment was going to be in 2 weeks, not like “next day” as advertised when they gladly took my $199. Now they won’t fully refund my money even though I spoke with an unlicensed provider and therefore got not value.
