I’ve used donefirst for nearly 1.5 years. In the past three months, they’ve become completely negligent with following up on prescription renewals, and recently put me through a three month wait due to no error on my part due to their own communication issues. Done takes approximately ~7-10 days to respond to any correspondence, and 9 out of 10 times, will tell you to schedule an appointment with your provider who will typically have next-to-no availability. This is essentially a scam at this point. They will take your money, provide no service, then make every attempt to stall resolution.
