Edit: after writing this review they reached out to me to give me a refund. I don’t know if it is an issue with that one provider or if it is a company-wide issue. I appreciate the admin staff for settling this with me so I added one additional star. However, I’ll be going to a different provider through insurance. I attempted to log into the zoom appointment 2 days in a row. I was 2 min late to the first one due to tech issues- the provider never started the meeting. Today, I was early, waiting in the meeting room, again, he never started the meeting. I log back in, he opens the meeting and says I’m too late and lectures me about being late. I feel that this provider is purposely causing people to miss appointments in order to scam the $200 no refundable fee. This is absolutely not okay and I need a refund immediately. People need actual help, not to be gaslit, dehumanized, and scammed into paying for nothing.
