This site is a complete scam. They do not provide what they advertise. I setup a Zoom appointment and when I waited to get on the call I received a call saying it started and then they disconnected the call. If you try to call the number they provide it claims they missed your call during regular business hours. Taking advantage of people trying to seek help is probably the lowest of the low.
